By booking, entering, or participating at Gamestorii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Gamestorii”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Trendy Tech Games LLP and the Gamestorii venue.
“Venue” means the Gamestorii premises and associated facilities.
“Website” means the Gamestorii website and related digital platforms.
“Guest” or “Participant” means any person entering or participating in activities at Gamestorii.
“Booking” means a reservation made for gameplay, an event, birthday party, corporate booking, tournament, or any other Gamestorii experience.
“Session” means the period of gameplay purchased by a Participant.
“RFID Wristband” means the RFID-enabled wristband issued by Gamestorii for identification, access, gameplay, or scoring.
“Game Credit” means any credit, token, entitlement, or gameplay value issued by Gamestorii.
“Membership” means any membership, subscription, loyalty, or rewards programme offered by Gamestorii.
“Player Profile” means a Participant's account or profile used for gameplay, scores, achievements, memberships, or other Gamestorii services.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 8 years or older to create an account.
Persons 18 years or older may make bookings.
Participants under 18 years of age require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at the Venue.
Gamestorii reserves the right to request age or identification verification where reasonably required.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable amount or advance.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes and charges will be payable in addition to the advertised price, where applicable.
Gamestorii reserves the right to reject or cancel bookings that are fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or made in violation of these Terms.
Additional services, food, beverages, extensions, participants, décor, or other items requested during a booking may incur additional charges.
Event, Birthday & Corporate Bookings
Event-specific payment and cancellation terms are provided in Section 4A – Terms & Conditions for Events below and shall apply to all qualifying event bookings.
4. Timed Gameplay Experience
Gamestorii operates on a time-based entertainment model.
The booked session may include the complete experience, including:
Venue entry
Check-in
RFID wristband collection
Safety briefing
Reading game instructions
Walking between game rooms
Waiting for teammates
RFID scanning
Gameplay
Breaks
Photographs
Movement throughout the Venue
The gameplay timer begins at whichever occurs first:
The scheduled booking time;
RFID activation; or
The first game scan.
Once started, the timer continues continuously until the purchased session expires.
Unused time will not be paused, extended, transferred, or refunded.
Late arrival does not entitle a Participant to additional gameplay time or a refund for time missed.
4A. Terms & Conditions for Events
These terms apply to birthday parties, private events, corporate events, group events, and other special-event bookings at Gamestorii.
1. Advance Payment & Balance
A 30% advance payment is required to confirm an event booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the birthday/event starts.
Any additional charges incurred during the event, including additional participants, food, beverages, gameplay, services, décor, damages, or other requested items, will be payable at the end of the event.
A 2% transaction charge will apply to payments made using debit or credit cards.
No additional transaction charge will apply to UPI payments.
Once the advance payment has been made, the booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. The advance payment will not be refundable or transferable, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Gamestorii management.
2. Event Timings
Guests are requested to arrive and participate only during the booked event slot timings.
The event will begin and end according to the confirmed booking slot. Late arrival by guests will not automatically extend the event or gameplay time.
3. Décor & Materials
The following are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by Gamestorii management:
Foam or foam-based materials
Party poppers
Confetti cannons
Loose confetti
Marking tapes
Adhesive materials that may damage surfaces
Any décor or materials that may stain, scratch, damage, or leave residue on the premises
Any other material that may interfere with gameplay, equipment, sensors, flooring, walls, or other Venue property
Any damage caused by décor, activities, materials, or guests, or any excessive cleaning required as a result, may be charged to the customer.
4. Additional Décor Fee
A ₹2,000 convenience fee will apply where the customer carries out or arranges additional décor at the Venue, subject to prior approval by Gamestorii management.
This fee does not cover the cost of repairing damage or excessive cleaning. Such costs, where applicable, may be charged separately.
5. Management Approval
Gamestorii management reserves the right to refuse or require removal of any décor, activity, equipment, material, or arrangement that is considered:
Unsafe;
Likely to damage the Venue or equipment;
Likely to interfere with gameplay;
Likely to create a hygiene or cleaning issue; or
Otherwise unsuitable for the Venue.
Management's decision regarding the safety and suitability of any such item or activity shall be final.
6. Hygiene & Staff Instructions
Guests are required to:
Maintain reasonable cleanliness and hygiene throughout the event;
Dispose of waste in designated areas;
Use Venue facilities responsibly; and
Follow all reasonable instructions provided by Gamestorii staff.
Gamestorii reserves the right to take appropriate action, including stopping an activity or removing a guest from the Venue, where a guest fails to follow safety, hygiene, or staff instructions.
5. RFID Wristbands
RFID wristbands remain the property of Gamestorii.
Guests must not:
Exchange wristbands;
Transfer wristbands to another person;
Damage or deliberately misuse wristbands;
Remove, tamper with, or interfere with RFID components;
Attempt to manipulate RFID-based scoring or access systems.
Lost, damaged, or deliberately misused wristbands may attract a replacement or other applicable charge.
6. Arrival Policy
Guests are advised to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled booking time to allow sufficient time for check-in and briefing.
Late arrivals may lose corresponding gameplay or event time.
Gamestorii reserves the right to deny entry where a guest arrives excessively late and their participation can no longer be reasonably accommodated.
7. Venue Rules
The following are prohibited at the Venue:
Smoking
Vaping
Alcohol
Illegal drugs or intoxicating substances
Weapons or dangerous objects
Outside food or beverages, except where expressly permitted
Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour
Harassment
Fighting
Deliberately dangerous behaviour
Tampering with Venue equipment or games
Gamestorii reserves the right to remove any person violating these rules. No refund or compensation will be payable where removal is due to the person's conduct or violation of these Terms.
8. Health & Safety
Participants should not participate if they are medically unfit to safely participate in the activities.
Certain games and activities may involve:
Running
Jumping
Climbing
Bending or crawling
Quick movements
Physical exertion
Flashing or changing lights
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are fit to participate and should seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
9. Assumption of Risk
Participation in Gamestorii activities is voluntary.
Participants acknowledge that active entertainment and physical gameplay may involve inherent risks, including slips, trips, falls, collisions, physical exertion, or other reasonably foreseeable risks.
Gamestorii takes reasonable measures to maintain a safe environment but cannot eliminate every inherent risk associated with participation.
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions and participate responsibly.
10. Player Conduct & Fair Play
Players must not:
Cheat;
Interfere with sensors or equipment;
Intentionally exploit technical or game-related vulnerabilities;
Manipulate scores;
Attempt to obtain unauthorised access;
Damage or misuse equipment.
Gamestorii may, at its discretion:
Invalidate scores;
Remove players from games;
Suspend or terminate accounts;
Restrict future participation.
11. Leaderboards & Scores
Gamestorii scores and leaderboard rankings are generated through Gamestorii's systems.
Gamestorii reserves the right to:
Reset leaderboards;
Remove fraudulent or manipulated scores;
Correct technical errors;
Modify scoring systems;
Suspend or discontinue leaderboards.
Leaderboard placement is not guaranteed.
12. Memberships & Rewards
Gamestorii may introduce memberships, loyalty programmes, rewards, achievements, points, credits, or similar programmes.
Gamestorii reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue such programmes and their terms, benefits, eligibility criteria, or rewards at any time, subject to applicable law.
13. Photography & Media
Photography and/or video recording may take place at the Gamestorii Venue for operational, promotional, marketing, social media, or other legitimate purposes.
Such photographs or videos may be used on:
Gamestorii's website;
Social media platforms;
Advertising and promotional materials;
Other Gamestorii marketing channels.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos should inform Gamestorii staff before participating.
14. Damage to Property
Guests may be held responsible for damage to Gamestorii property, equipment, furniture, fixtures, décor, or other assets caused by their intentional or negligent acts.
Gamestorii may recover reasonable costs relating to:
Repairs;
Replacement;
Restoration; and
Reasonable losses arising from the resulting downtime.
15. Lost Property
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Gamestorii is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings including:
Mobile phones;
Jewellery;
Wallets;
Cash;
Bags;
Electronic devices; or
Other personal items.
Lost property handed over to Gamestorii will generally be retained for up to 30 days, after which Gamestorii may dispose of or otherwise deal with the items as it considers appropriate.
16. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with Gamestorii is owned exclusively by Trendy Tech Games LLP or its applicable licensors.
This includes:
Game concepts and mechanics;
Software;
Technology;
Graphics;
Designs;
Branding;
Names and logos;
Website content;
Game scores and related data;
Audio;
Videos;
Text;
Visual assets; and
Other proprietary materials.
No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, reverse engineered, commercially exploited, or used without prior written permission.
17. Website & Digital Services
Users must not:
Hack or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
Scrape or systematically extract Website data;
Reverse engineer Gamestorii systems;
Upload malware or malicious code;
Interfere with Website functionality;
Manipulate or misuse the booking system;
Make fraudulent bookings; or
Use Gamestorii's digital services for unlawful purposes.
18. Privacy
Use of Gamestorii's services is also subject to the Gamestorii Privacy Policy.
By using Gamestorii's services, guests acknowledge that their information may be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and law.
19. Force Majeure
Gamestorii shall not be responsible for failure, delay, interruption, or closure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
Power failures;
Internet or telecommunications failures;
Natural disasters;
Government restrictions or orders;
Strikes;
Riots or civil disturbances;
Pandemics or epidemics;
Fire, flood, or other emergencies; or
Other circumstances beyond Gamestorii's reasonable control.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gamestorii's liability arising from a booking or participation shall be limited to the amount paid by the affected customer for the relevant booking, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gamestorii, Trendy Tech Games LLP, its partners, employees, representatives, and personnel from claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
Violation of these Terms;
Misuse of the Venue or equipment;
Damage caused by the guest;
Unauthorised or unsafe activities; or
The guest's negligent or wrongful conduct.
22. Changes to These Terms
Gamestorii reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published through appropriate Gamestorii channels.
Continued use of Gamestorii services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Gamestorii's services.
