Welcome to Gamestorii.

Gamestorii is owned and operated by Trendy Tech Games LLP. The Gamestorii name, logo, games, technology, software, trademarks, website, and all associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by Trendy Tech Games LLP.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of:

  • www.gamestorii.com

  • the Gamestorii venue

  • online bookings

  • walk-in bookings

  • RFID gameplay

  • memberships

  • events

  • corporate bookings

  • birthday parties

  • tournaments

  • promotions

  • future digital services

By booking, entering, or participating at Gamestorii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

Define terms such as:

  • Gamestorii

  • Venue

  • Website

  • Guest

  • Participant

  • Booking

  • Session

  • RFID Wristband

  • Game Credit

  • Membership

  • Player Profile

This makes the rest of the document legally cleaner.

2. Eligibility

  • 8+ to create an account.

  • 18+ to make bookings.

  • Under 18 requires parent/guardian consent.

  • Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.

3. Booking & Payment

Cover:

  • Online booking

  • Walk-ins

  • Group bookings

  • Corporate bookings

  • Birthday bookings

State:

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

Prices may change without notice.

Taxes are extra where applicable.

Gamestorii reserves the right to cancel fraudulent bookings.

4. Timed Gameplay Experience

Gamestorii operates on a time-based entertainment model.

The booked session includes the complete experience, including:

  • venue entry

  • check-in

  • RFID wristband collection

  • safety briefing

  • reading game instructions

  • walking between rooms

  • waiting for teammates

  • tapping the RFID wristband

  • gameplay

  • breaks

  • photographs

  • moving throughout the venue

The timer begins at whichever occurs first:

  • scheduled booking time

  • RFID activation

  • first game scan

The timer continues continuously until expiry.

Unused time is not paused.

Unused minutes cannot be refunded.

Late arrivals do not receive additional gameplay.

This alone will eliminate most customer disputes.

5. RFID Wristbands

Explain:

The wristband remains Gamestorii property.

Guests must not:

  • exchange bands

  • damage bands

  • remove RFID chips

  • tamper with scoring

Lost or damaged bands may attract replacement charges.

6. Arrival Policy

Recommend arriving 15 minutes early.

Late arrivals:

  • lose playing time

  • may be denied entry if excessively late

7. Venue Rules

No:

  • smoking

  • vaping

  • alcohol

  • drugs

  • weapons

  • outside food

  • abusive language

  • harassment

  • dangerous behaviour

Gamestorii can remove guests without refund.

8. Health & Safety

Guests should not participate if:

  • medically unfit

  • pregnant where advised

  • suffering from serious injuries

  • under the influence

Some games involve:

  • running

  • jumping

  • climbing

  • quick movement

  • flashing lights

9. Assumption of Risk

Participation is voluntary.

Guests acknowledge:

Active gaming has inherent risks.

Gamestorii cannot eliminate all risks.

Guests accept responsibility for participating.

10. Player Conduct

Players may not:

  • cheat

  • interfere with sensors

  • intentionally exploit games

  • manipulate scoring

  • misuse equipment

Gamestorii may:

  • invalidate scores

  • remove players

  • suspend accounts

11. Leaderboards

Future proof this.

State:

Scores belong to Gamestorii's scoring system.

Gamestorii may:

  • reset leaderboards

  • remove fraudulent scores

  • correct technical errors

Leaderboard placement is not guaranteed.

12. Memberships & Rewards

Leave room for future.

Gamestorii may introduce:

  • memberships

  • rewards

  • loyalty points

  • achievements

These may change at any time.

13. Photography & Media

Guests understand that:

Photos and videos may be taken.

These may appear on:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • Website

  • Advertisements

Guests can notify staff before play if they do not wish to appear.

14. Damage to Property

Guests causing intentional or negligent damage may be liable for:

  • repairs

  • replacement

  • downtime costs

15. Lost Property

Gamestorii is not responsible for:

  • phones

  • jewellery

  • wallets

  • cash

  • bags

Lost items kept for 30 days.

16. Intellectual Property

Everything belongs to Trendy Tech Games LLP.

Including:

  • game concepts

  • software

  • graphics

  • branding

  • names

  • website

  • scores

  • audio

  • videos

Nothing may be copied.

17. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • hack

  • scrape

  • reverse engineer

  • upload malware

  • misuse bookings

18. Privacy

Use of Gamestorii is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

19. Force Majeure

Gamestorii isn't liable for closures due to:

  • power failures

  • internet failures

  • natural disasters

  • government restrictions

  • strikes

  • riots

  • pandemics

20. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability shall not exceed the booking value unless required by law.

21. Indemnity

Guests agree to indemnify Gamestorii against claims arising from:

  • misuse

  • rule violations

  • damage caused by them

22. Changes

Gamestorii may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

23. Governing Law

Indian law applies.

Exclusive jurisdiction:

Hyderabad, Telangana.
