Event Terms
& Conditions
These terms apply to event bookings with Trendy Tech Games LLP at Gamestorii. Please read them alongside your event quote before making the advance payment.
1. Advance payment & balance
A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your event booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the birthday celebration or event begins. Any additional items or services will be charged at the end of the event.
Debit and credit card payments carry a 2% transaction charge. No additional transaction charge applies to UPI payments.
2. Cancellations & rescheduling
Once the advance payment has been made, the event booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Please check your event date, time and arrangements before paying.
3. Your booked event time
Guests may arrive and participate only during the booked event slot. Please share the confirmed timings with everyone attending.
4. Decorations & venue care
Foam, party poppers, confetti cannons, marking tape and any decoration materials that may damage or stain the premises are not permitted.
A ₹2,000 fee applies when additional décor is arranged. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged separately.
Management may refuse decorations, activities or materials considered unsafe or damaging to the venue.
5. Guest conduct
Please help keep the venue clean and follow staff instructions throughout the event.
6. Changes to gaming & food quantities
Changes to the ordered quantities of games and food can be made up to four days before the event only. Please contact our team within this timeframe to arrange any changes.
